Good morning I’m Vijay Wadagbalkar,  Healthy Lifestyle and Abundance Expert.

I’m going to discuss today and guide you have you can get rid of all your diseases especially the chronic ones like obesity , high blood pressure , Heart disease, Type2 diabetes , stroke,  cancer  by adopting and embracing Sattvic lifestyle , that is following the rules of mother nature care in 3 areas of your Life, viz.,  Breath, Eating  and Thinking.

You  are embarking upon a New Journey in your life,  it’s going to be challenging but let me assure you that there is a bright sunshine at the other end of the tunnel, if you are persistent and follow the rules of the game,  you are going to be a Winner.

Do we ever ask or discuss the root cause of the disease we have a family doctor ?

 No , never. The Doctor simply prescribes medicine to you,  Many a times, you are advised to take the medication for rest of your life,  especially if you have type 2 diabetes or thyroid .

It is said there are over 1200 diseases. But in act but in fact , in reality , there is only only one disease.And that diseases cellular malfunctioning.  and there are two causes of cellular malfunctioning,  number one, lack of micronutrients and secondly,  excessive toxins in the body.

 Now let’s understand how and why the toxins are  accumulated in the body. Normally , the body eliminates  all the garbage or natural waste  all out from the body  by 4 channels or ways , viz.,  passing the stool, sweat,passes urine and breath. Many a time, toxins get stuck inside different parts of the body, then  disease is caused.

 Due to the above factors toxins get accumulated in various parts of a body that’s causing different diseases.

Second day human body has tremendous healing capacity from within.  the prana energy or pranashakti  is constantly at work either engaged in digestion of all food consumed or for healing . It can not do both functions at the same time. Its observed that 70 to 80% of  Pranashakti is used only for digestion function and it gets hardly any time for healing.  

 Therefore , That for the best solution for reversing all lifestyle diseases Easter do intermittent fasting.  for 16 hours a day.  for example if one text dinner at 7 p.mThen  the next day he/she should eat  hard food before 11 a.m. next day. 

Therefore the solution to attract good Health and eliminate all ch heyronic diseases  diseases lies in adopting sattvic lifestyle-:

  • Adopt 4 sattvic meals plan-:

8 am – Morning Detox Juice:

coconut water or ash gourd juice or vegetable juice. 

9 am – 40 to 60 minutes of robust exercise:, preferably less cardio and more strength building. Brisk Walk,, swimming, cycling, suryanamaskar. It’s absolutely crucial. If one cannot exercise in morning, do it in the evening.

10 am – Breakfast:

A bowl of local and regional fruit.

1 pm – Lunch:

2-3 Sattvic rotis with a starchy vegetable such as potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, peas – prepared in a Sattvic way . 

4 pm – Snack:

2 tablespoons of homemade peanut or almond butter with 2 bananas and 3 dates

7 pm – Dinner:

Soup or salad

If having soup, have a bowl of sweet potato alongside. If having salad, have a handful of soaked nuts alongside.

Ans: Yes, you should still follow the entire Sattvic lifestyle. People who are underweight do not need more food, but a better                 capacity to digest and assimilate their food.

              Food & nutrition are not synonymous. Our nourishment does not depend on how much food we are eating, but on how        much food we are digesting and assimilating. 

One is not underweight due to lack of food, but due toan impairment in health. 

What underweight people need is not more food, but a properly functioning detoxified system to be able to digest and absorb the food they are eating. Given this, they will have no difficulty in gaining weight.

For the first three months, they should strictly follow the healing plan (the yellow plan on pg 2), along with 16 hour fasting, enemas for 21 days, wet packs and sunbathing.

After 3 months, once the body is cleansed, we can add some healthy fats to their diet, and their day plan can look like this :

8 am – Morning Detox Juice:

coconut water or ash gourd juice or vegetable soup/ broth (for the winter)

9 am – 40 to 60 minutes of robust exercise:, preferably less cardio and more strength building. 

Without exercise, do not expect weight gain. It’s absolutely crucial. If one cannot exercise in morning, do it in the evening.

10 am – Breakfast:

Banana smoothie / smoothie bowl :

3-4 bananas, 4 dates/figs, 8-10 soaked almonds/walnuts

1 pm – Lunch:

2-3 Sattvic rotis with a starchy vegetable such as potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, peas – prepared in a Sattvic way (refer to the food book)

4 pm – Snack:

2 tablespoons of homemade peanut or almond butter with 2 bananas and 3 dates

7 pm – Dinner:

Soup or salad

If having soup, have a bowl of sweet potato alongside. If having salad, have a handful of soaked nuts alongside.

Additionally, the fasting period can be reduced to 14 hours. But once-a-week juice/soup fast should still be continued. That is very important for weight gain.

5.How Long do one practice 16 hours fasting?

Ans: We should make 16 hours fast a daily practice till such time we are alive and want good health.

6. Should I fast if I am Diabetic?

Ans: Yes. fasting is very beneficial for diabetics, it will reduce insulin resistance, lower blood sugar levels.

7.Why do I experience weakness and headache during fasting?

Ans: Its a sign that your body is detoxifying and cleansing out toxins. When you experience or face these detox  symptoms, make sure you continue the fast and not give up the fast.

8. Can I fast if I  am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Ans: During pregnacy or breastfeeding , keep a gap of 14 hours between last meal and first meal instead of 16 hours.

9. How do I take medicine during fasting?

Ans: If you have to take medicines, early morning, shift your fasting period backwards. However , as you keep following sattvic lifestyle, the aim should be to get rid of medicines completely.

10. What are the benefits of Enema?

Ans: Benefits of enema are it cleanses colon internally, which in turn helps in reversing any disease, improves digestion, normalises weight, improves skin, brings mental clarity, improves concentration , increases energy and vitality.

Take enema twice a day morning and evening  for first 21 days and then take it only when required.
